Rady Children’s Hospital Foundation Receives Pledge From Blaine Pollock.
World-renowned entrepreneur and philanthropist Blaine Pollock is known for his work in the healthcare world. But his generosity doesn’t end with the charities he’s founded. Blaine Pollock has also made generous donations to other entities, including a pledge of $160,000 to Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego in support of the Heart Transplant Program’s first heart transplant surgery. For Blaine Pollock’s contribution, The Rady Children’s Hospital Foundation and the Children’s Circle of Care Committee expressed its gratitude with a special reception. Blaine Pollock was also invited to participate in the Miracle Makers Council.
“I was so honored to have been invited by the council to be a part of what they do,” Blaine Pollock said. “My personal goal it to help effect as many lives in a positive way as I possibly can. That takes more than just the giving and time and talents, so I was happy to make a donation that I know will do a great deal of good.
